Security & Privacy:
Any information provided to Zeraus Products Inc. will be treated in the utmost confidence and will only be retained in our computers for the sole purpose of re-ordering. We will not sell, trade or reveal any information to any agency, individual, or otherwise.
Shipping:
We strive to deliver your order to you in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. In general terms, shipping rates are contingent on the type of products purchased and their destination. Shipping costs will be added to your order, unless otherwise specified. Your shipping method and address, along with the type of item and its availability, determine how long it takes for you to get your order and how much it will cost. You are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Extra costs may apply, if applicable, in order to recover the cost of shipping hazardous materials by air.
If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is at the site specified, then it is the carrier's responsibility to find a safe place to leave your package. If they are unable to do so, then a delivery notice will be posted indicating where you can pick up your package at a later date. Most items will ship ground UPS or USPS. Zeraus Products Inc.'s responsibility with respect to shipments made by a common carrier ends with the issuing of the bill of landing. Any damages or shortages should be reported to Zeraus Products Inc. and to the carrier. Inspect all containers received for possible damages or missing parts and check the freight bill prior to signing for the receipt of the product.
Returns & Cancellations:
Any product may be returned within 30 days after the receipt of shipment (unopened and undamaged). Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior written authorization and a return merchandise number from Zeraus Products Inc. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused. All returned merchandise must be returned with the freight pre-paid. A 10% restocking fee applies to any returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Do not ship our products back to us unless a HAZMAT certified shipper prepares them for shipment. A return authorization number must appear on all cartons. For returns, contact: azaghloul@zeraus.com.
All cancelled orders prior to processing will incur a 4% cancellation charge. Any order that is cancelled after processing but before shipment will be subject to a 8% charge.
WARRANTY
"The recommendations made and the information herein is the result of accurate laboratory and field tests under controlled conditions. We guarantee that the quality and properties of the materials supplied conform to our standards. Zeraus Products Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as uses and applications are beyond our control. Zeraus Products Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or consequential) arising from use or inability to use the products. Before using, the user is urged to pre-test the products in his/her own environment to determine the suitability of the products for their intended use, and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
Zeraus Products Inc.’s liability, if any, is limited to a refund of the purchased price or replacement of that portion of the merchandise proven to be defective. Zeraus Products Inc. shall have no other liability, including liability for incidental, consequential or resultant damages, however caused, whether due to breach of warranty, negligence, or strict liability.
This warranty may not be modified or extended by representatives of Zeraus Products Inc., its distributors or dealers."
